Dahmer killed Steven Hicks on June 18, 1978. Dahmer met Steven Tuomi at a bar and convinced him to go with him to the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee where he had reserved a room for the night.
At the time Dahmer was living with his grandmother in West Allis. According to Dahmer, his plan was to just drug Tuomi in line next to him as he explored his body rather than killing him. But when Dahmer awakened the following morning Tuomi was on the bed under him, his chest was crushed in and bruised in addition he had blood coming out of the corner of his mouth.
On checking himself Dahmer’s fists in one forearm were extensively bruised. Thus making him realize that he had beaten Tuomi to his death. Dahmer claimed he had no recollection of killing Tuomi. He later told investigators that he could not believe it had happened.
Did Dahmer have a plan to kill Steven Tuomi:
‘’One time I brought this young man back to the hotel room at the Ambassador Hotel. I was just planning on drugging him and spending the night with him I had no intention of hurting him. When I woke up in the morning he had a broken rib here, I was heavily bruised apparently I had beaten him to death with my fists. I have no memory of it but that’s what started the whole spree all over again.’’

How Jeffrey Dahmer disposed of Steven Tuomi’s dead bodies:
To get rid of Tuomi’s body, Dahmer bought a large suitcase and brought Tuomi’s body to his grandmother’s house. A week later he chopped off his victim’s head, Limbs, and legs from the Torso and removed the Bones from the body before dicing the flesh into manageable pieces.
Then Dahmer put the Flesh in waste bags made of plastic. He further used a sledgehammer to smash the bones into splinters after wrapping them in a sheet. Approximately two hours were needed for Dahmer to complete the dismemberment.
Except for Tuomi’s head, he disposed of all of his remains in the garbage. After Tuomi’s death, Dahmer kept his head wrapped in a blanket for a total of two weeks after which he attempted to retain the skull by boiling the head in a solution of Soilax an industrial detergent with an Alkali base and bleach.
Dahmer used the skull as stimulation for masturbation. This bleaching procedure eventually made the skull too brittle. So Dahmer grounded up and threw it away. Due to a lack of evidence, Dahmer was not officially charged with Tuomi’s murder but the serial murderer admitted to killing him three months after he vanished Tuomi’s family reported him missing.
According to his father Walter Milwaukee, Police told them they couldn’t help because there were no indications of Foul Play. May the soul of Steven Tuomi rest in peace! Drop your prayer for Tuomi in the comments.
